Paid for product (two licenses) and waited several days for activation codes. Codes never received and Applian has no phone number listed on their website for contact to resolve serious customer service issues (like non-receipt of paid-for-in-advance product). I recommend that you steer clear of these guys, after all I've been through they seem a bit shady in my humble opinion. I mean really now, a few pennies a month spent for a phone line would go a long, long way toward some semblance of legitimacy (even if it only went to a recording stating that my call was important and that someone would get back with me as soon as possible! Here's a hint Applian... Vonage!).
