I'm using both RM 6 and 7 and neither of them tags the music. I get rel 7 to tag a couple temporarily (why I don't know) but it tags all of them with the same data even if there was different music and it was an artist I never played. Thanks for the answer!

The support page provided by the Replay Music developers contains user guides and tutorials on how to work with the application. You can start with that in order to learn how the tagging work for the music you have or recorded.
I couldn't find anything related to REL 7 term that you mentioned in your question. Also, based on my experience with music tagging, not always works perfectly because I've encountered situations when an original track wasn't recognized properly by the audio tagger app.
No, the application is not available for Android devices. I have checked the official website, and the only downloads available are available for Windows and Mac OS X. There is nowhere mentioned about Android or any other mobile device.
I have also checked for alternative apps that meet the features of Replay Music, but no result could be found on the Play Store or any other Android market.
The application doesn't require account numbers or any other identification details to be used on a computer, however, it's not a free product and you will need to register it. If you have problems with your activation code, go to the official website and obtain the activation code, because the one you've entered is probably not correct. Additionally, contact the support team to obtain information about the status of your purchase.
